BriteApps access fees are indexed as .25% of premium and adjusted monthly based on the prior month. Monthly fees give you unlimited access to standard BriteApps, software maintenance, feature development, concierge support, online education, integration and extensions.
BriteApps follows BriteCore's philosophy of supporting a community-wide effort to build new and better tools on an ongoing basis. For .25% of premium, carriers receive unlimited access to BriteApps (adjuster apps, inspection apps, insured application apps, and others) as they are developed. BriteApps community members provide direct input on what apps are built and what functionality they contain, and BriteApps developers design BriteApps as far as the revenue allows at the .25% price point. Our BriteApps community is thriving and new apps are being built quickly.
Server architecture and functionality is housed in a single backend service that reduces costs and allows new innovations to be deployed rapidly across all clients. As new features are built, the backend processes are made available to all clients who wish to use them (e.g., authentication directly into BriteCore, serving up attachments, geolocating a property).
We deploy a “standard” frontend implementation for each app that allows a range of themable display options such as company logo, colors, or fonts. For clients that utilize the standard frontend, new features are continuously deployed free of charge. App customization is offered to clients at BriteCore's standard hourly rate.
The frontend mobile and web applications can be fully customized to each client’s needs. This allows mobile apps to be fully branded and modified to accommodate any workflow or process your company desires. The frontend application communicates with the backend via API integration such that either service can be extended or replaced without affecting the other side. For clients who commission a fully customized frontend, development work required to connect the application to new backend features is billed at our standard hourly rate.
A La Carte Apps
A la carte apps are offered for clients who wish to use a limited subset of the mobile app ecosystem at a reduced cost. A la carte apps are offered individually upon completion with customization options in place. Customizations are billed at our standard hourly rate, and ongoing support is determined by the scope and complexity of the app itself.
