Following a rapid, three-week implementation, FMIC customers now enjoy new, digital self-service capabilities such as policy management, making online payments, filing claims, contacting agents, uploading photos and more. This self-service app will not only benefit policyholders but will save time for Frederick Mutual staff and agents as call volumes and processing time get reduced through policyholders inputting information via BriteApps.
