CFM Insurance Implements MassPrinting to Manage Policy Document Output

MassPrinting, Inc. announced today that CFM Insurance of Concordia, MO, has implemented MassPrinting products and services to manage its document output and print operations.

CFM chose MassPrinting because of its simple and efficient solutions, innovative approaches to document output, and history of success with other carriers that use the BriteCore policy admin system managed by IWS. It was important for CFM to have a secure and efficient file transfer process and the ability to maintain its branding across all document output. The utilization of an API for secure and efficient file transfers and MassPrinting’s ability to include selective marketing documents in any output, met these needs.

CFM becomes the 9th BriteCore Policy System carrier to implement this solution in the last 15 months.

“We are excited to have MassPrinting manage our policy document output,” said Brooke Wilkens, Director of Operations at CFM. “The implementation was simple and timely, something that is not the norm for insurance technology implementations. The application interface that MassPrinting and Britecore developed ensures that our files will be automatically pulled from the Britecore platform daily without utilizing any IT resources on our side. This solution allows us to focus on our core business.”
