Melanie Smith is the Director of Customer Success at BriteCore. She has a deep bench of knowledge about customer engagement and relationship building. In prior roles, she built and managed multiple global teams, consistently challenging them to think differently and strategically with a steady focus on customer experience. Melanie holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Champlain College.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys going to concerts and travels globally as much as possible.
