Chris Welch is BriteCore’s Business Relationship Manager. Prior to joining the company, Chris earned an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and worked as a Global Product Manager, collaborating closely with customers to ensure they were fully supported. He also has experience as the Head of Customer Service at a management software startup, helping to gather customer feedback and translate it into software development priorities.
His breadth of knowledge and experience allows Chris to fully support BriteCore clients. He acts as the first point of contact for Customer Success, working with clients to understand their individual needs and feedback.
