Recipients of the RAVE Awards are honored for providing outstanding insurance software solutions to clients based on user evaluations submitted through Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Rankings.

According to Tech Decisions, the RAVE Awards are designed to show which classes of solutions are delivering the highest levels of satisfaction to their clients. Ranked by their own customers, service providers like IWS are evaluated based on the quality of their staff, technology, functionality, and user satisfaction. Beginning this year, only those who receive an overall score of 94 or above out of 100 are recognized. BriteCore was recognized with a silver ACE ranking for Policy Administration Systems based on the number of clients sharing feedback for the product.

James Dagget, publisher of Tech Decisions comments on IWS’ recent achievement, “We are thrilled to congratulate BriteCore on their RAVE Award. Tech Decisions RAVE Award partnership with Novarica is extremely valuable information for Insurance Technology decision makers as the ACE ranking methodology reflects verified customer responses. Congratulations on demonstrating superior value to your customers.”
